Biography
Samantha Dempster ’s drive, passion and analytical mind make her well placed in most business structures. Samantha could use her vast range of skills and creativity to adjust to many business situations. Starting her career in retail banking at eighteen years old, Samantha quickly rose to the ranks of banking manager.
Samantha quickly developed a good understanding of managing people whilst ascertaining managerial skills which enabled her to grasp the greater concept of corporate business structures.
In 2006 Samantha Dempster purchased her first property which she developed into two 2-bed maisonettes and quickly began to learn the property and construction industry. Purchasing her second property two year later and opening a property management company in 2008 which became the owner of the freeholds of the properties she converted into apartments and the management company in charge of the leaseholds she created
By 2009 she was promoted to head the flagship West London branch in Hammersmith where she worked for several years only to be given another promotion opportunity to become a director of the West London region. She later declined as it would limit her time and ability to focus on her other endeavours outside her work with Santander.
In late 2018 Samantha decided to leave Santander and set up her own care company Tri-Care Group however COVID19 put a stop to the initial plans of operating Tri-Care Group. It would not be until 2022 Tri-Care Group Ltd was incorporated to deliver bespoke care consultancy service
