We can also play a role in managing the entire employee experience, from the application process to the employee’s departure. Additionally, we can handle compensation and benefits, provide guidance to managers and employees on people-related matters, which involves day-to-day support, project work, and long-term strategic planning. Tri- Care HR focuses on finding the right individuals for the job and ensuring their satisfaction and productivity.

Recruitment
Recruitment encompasses the entire hiring process, starting from sourcing candidates to their onboarding. Our team collaborates with hiring managers to identify the specific requirements for a role and then actively searches for candidates who meet those criteria. We utilise various channels like job boards, career websites, social media, employee referrals, and more to identify potential candidates. Prior to presenting candidates, we conduct screening interviews, and then we work closely with department managers to evaluate their suitability for the position. Once a candidate is selected, we will guide you through the onboarding process, which involves collecting necessary paperwork for payroll, benefits administration, and other company-specific documents. Additionally, we can assist in preparing new hire materials such as orientation packets or company handbooks that outline company policies.
Administration
Our human resources software assists senior personnel in managing various documents, such as employee records pertaining to attendance, holidays, medical leave, appraisals, and other employee data. Additionally, it offers features such as generating staff schedules, processing bulk payments, and submitting RTI reports
Training and Development
Our comprehensive online training and development package guarantees that employees stay up-to-date with their skills and enhance their job performance. In contrast, our face-to-face training focuses on delivering tailored practical skills like First Aid and physical intervention. Our training programs adhere to current regulations and encompass all aspects of working with children and young adults. When designing a training program, we take into account both mandatory and voluntary aspects. Our ultimate objective is to provide all employees with the necessary resources to thrive and contribute greater value to the company.
Employee relations and performance management
Each organisation will have a dedicated HR manager who will provide support in all areas related to employee relations. This includes assisting with employee policies such as compensation, working conditions, and dispute resolution. Our HR managers will also play a crucial role in developing a positive company culture and facilitating effective communication between employees and managers to align with the company's strategic goals.
Our HR packages cover a wide range of services, from basic recruitment to comprehensive HR solutions. Each package includes a dedicated HR manager available to assist with any HR inquiries. The level of access to your HR manager depends on the package chosen. Packages require a minimum 6-month commitment with flexible payment options.
